The hotel is located on the Yamanote JR line, making it very convenient for transportation. It is within walking distance to shops, Sunshine City, and the station. The area has plenty of convenience stores and restaurants. The hotel offers a free Japanese-style breakfast, delicious. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a bustling city, offering great value for money. The location is perfect, within walking distance of train stations and surrounded by a variety of food outlets and shopping options. The rooms may be basic, but they are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including free newspapers and en suite facilities. I also appreciate the attention to detail, such as the option to reduce room rates with the Eco plan. The included breakfast, with its Asian-like tastes, is a delightful bonus.

Convenient location with plenty of nearby convenience stores, restaurants, and shops. Within walking distance to Sunshine City and the train station. Enjoyed the complimentary Japanese-style breakfast. Clean accommodations and friendly staff. Easily spotted with prominent signage on the building.
